Join the Club for personal use and enhance the desirability of your Outer Banks rental property at the same time! In some cases, club membership fees could be tax deductible.

Want to add pool and tennis and fitness center to your list of amenities? Join our club and allow your renters to use the club.

Resident members may add additional rental homes to the program for $400.

Members in the Rental Homes Program may give their guests the opportunity to use the club (usually $20. per person per day).

Additional rental properties may be added to the program for ONLY $400 additional annual payment. Properties may not be deleted and reinstated within a 12 month period.
